Sarah and Ruby have been best friends since high school and despite the fact that we haven't lived within a 30 minute drive of each other since then; we are still each other's maids of honor. Sarah got married in August 2012 and with all the planning, extreme amount of online shopping, and endless nights spent crafting she thought, "There has to be a one-stop shop for this". All the while, Ruby, feeling the pressure of throwing her best friend an awesome bachelorette party (and never having been to one herself) stressed, planned, and crafted thinking the exact same thing. Grosgrain & Gin was born shortly after to create that one-stop shop experiences.
We used to dream up schemes to reach our ultimate goal of retiring on the bayou (sigh!) and so this blog is a way of sharing our thoughts and experiences on this journey. Thank you so much for visiting, we hope you find something you like - and then tell 10 of your friends!
